Your NATE-Certified Technician: The Go-to Pro for Any Repair or Installation

May 15, 2013

When you’re faced with an air conditioner or furnace that’s not working–and you need to get it up and running as quickly as possible–it’s easy to call a friend and ask what HVAC-system contractor she uses or just go on the Internet and call a number that looks handy. But even though you need fast attention, you also need the right attention. You need a contractor who has a staff of highly trained and highly expert NATE-certified technicians. With a NATE-certified technician, you’re assured of a prompt, efficient and thorough job.

What is a NATE-certified technician?

North American Technician Excellence is a nonprofit organization that has been training and certifying the best technicians in the HVAC industry for more than 15 years. In order to earn the right to be called a NATE technician, a worker has to pass a certification test in one or more of 10 areas, such as air conditioning, heat pumps, gas furnaces and air distribution. These exams cover proficiency in the service area or areas, as well as general customer-service acumen. NATE also provides continuing education, and technicians must either pass the tests again or take course work.

When you choose a NATE technician, you know that you’re working with one of the best HVAC technicians in the industry. You’ll be assured that the job’s done right the first time, and the likelihood that you’ll have to call your HVAC contractor to fix a problem that wasn’t corrected in the first place is minimal.

If you would like to make an appointment with an NATE-certified technician in west-central Georgia area, contact Indoor Solutions Inc. We’ve been helping Georgia homeowners with their cooling and heating needs since 2003.
